كنيسة القدّيسة صوفيا - زبدينهي كنيسة صغيرة قائمة على أطراف البلدة. تاريخ بنائها مجهولُ، لكنّ هندستها تشير أنّها تعود للقرون الوسطى. الكنيسة عبارة عن قبو عقدٍ سريريٍّ ينتهي بحنية. تحوي الكنيسة على لوحة للمستشرق البولونيّ بول شلافاك تعود للقرن التاسع عشر.The church of St Sophia - ZebdineIt is a small church in the village’s vicinity. The date it was built is unknown, yet its architecture is typical for the high middle ages.The church is a crypt with a crib vault ending with an apse. The church holds a painting by the polish orientalist Paul Shlavak.

بُنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٧٥٥ في عهد البطريرك يعقوب عوّاد وكرّسها المطران سمعان عوّاد اسقف صيدا. هي اولى الكنائس المارونيّة التي بنيت في منطقة شرقيّ صيدا وساحل جزّين. تتميّز بهندستها البسيطة وبالنقوش على أعتاب أبوابها المنخفضة. خُرّبت إبّان الحرب الأهليّة وأعيد ترميمها في تسعينات القرن العشرين.

The church was built in 1755 during the pontificate of Patriarch Jacob Awad and was consecrated by Sidon’s bishop Simon Awad. It is the first maronite church in the vicinity of Sidon. The architecture is simple and doted with symbolic arabesque over the small narrow doors. During the civil war it was heavily damaged and restored during the nineties.

هي كنيسة على سفح الوادي المقدّس، بُنيت في القرن الثاني عشر، واتّخذها الأسقف تادروس مقرًّا له إلى يوم وفاته سنة ١٥٠٢ بحسب البطريرك الدويهيّ. بقيت الكنيسة فترةً طويلة مُهملة إلى أن رُمّمت في ستينيّات القرن العشرين.

The church of our Lady of the Cliff - Aintourin

The church is built on the cliff side of the Holy Valley. The church was built in the XIIth century and was made an episcopal residence by Bishop Tadros until his death in 1502, according to Patriarch Douweihy. The church was left abandoned for a long time and restored during the sixties.

كنيسة مار مارون - جزّين
بنيت الكنيسة بسعي أهالي البلدة سنة ١٨٦٨ على أنقاض الكنيسة الأولى التي خَربَت بعد أحداث ١٨٦٠. هي كنيسةٌ كبيرةٌ مبنيّةٌ على النمط البازيليكيّ بثلاث أسواق، وعقدها يُعدّ الأعلى في كنائس جبل لبنان القديم. اللوحة من عمل الرسّام داوود القرم.

The church of St Maroun - Jezzine
The church was built by the locals in 1868 to replace the old church that was devastated in the war of 1860. It is a big church with a basilical design and the highest vault in XIXth century Mount Lebanon. The painting of St Maroun is the work of Dawoud el Qorm.
